What documentation do I need to rent a unit?

We require a valid driver’s license

When can I access my storage unit?

Access is from 6AM - 11 PM. Sunday to Saturday.

Do you have drive-up access?

We sure do. In fact, drive-up access is one of our most popular features. By parking your vehicle right outside your storage unit, you’ll be unloaded in no time at all!

What security features do you have?

Not only are our facilities well-lit, but we also have state of the art surveillance cameras installed.

How can I pay my bills?

We recommend our online payment system. Hands down, it’s the quickest and easiest way to keep up to date with your rent.

Does your facility have climate controlled units?

Yes. A new 3 story climate controlled facility opens May 1st 2026 at our south Lincoln location at 3839 Hohensee Dr. It features a climate controlled unloading bay and elevator. Load and unload out of the weather. When it's 95 degrees in July or sleeting in March, a covered drive-in bay is the difference between moving day being manageable and moving day being miserable.
